By participating in this promotion, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Minimum Spend

To qualify for the free single garage door painting, the client must book a new, bundled residential painting or renovation project with a minimum subtotal of $1,500 CAD (before HST).
The promotion applies only to new estimates requested and booked during the promotional period.

The offer includes the preparation (standard scraping/sanding) and painting of one (1) standard single-car garage door.
Momo Painting & Renovations will supply the necessary labor and premium exterior paint (e.g., Benjamin Moore) in a standard finish and color of the client's choosing.
Upgrades: If the client has a double-car garage door, the promotional value of a single door can be applied as a credit/discount toward the cost of painting the double door.

This offer covers standard preparation and painting only. It does not include carpentry repairs, replacement of rotted wood, dent removal, or fixing mechanical issues with the garage door.
If the garage door requires extensive restorative work or specialized stripping prior to painting, additional fees may apply (to be quoted and approved beforehand).

Deadline: To claim this offer, the client must accept the project estimate and submit the required deposit by 11:59 PM on May 15, 2026.
Limited Spots: This offer is strictly subject to scheduling availability. Momo Painting & Renovations reserves the right to cap the number of promotional spots to ensure quality and operational capacity. Vouchers/offers are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit.

This offer holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other active discounts, winter pricing, or previous offers unless explicitly stated in writing by Momo Painting & Renovations management.
